I was born and raised in Devon and have lived in Dartmouth for over a decade, having visited as a sailor since the 1990s. Living and working in Dartmouth is a true delight, and being passionate about the town and the surrounding area is a great help when selling properties.

I have over 25 years experience in the property industry, working my way up to Associate Partner for a South West based estate agency. After leaving, I worked with high-net-worth clients as a property search consultant.

I started Millard's in 2020 to provide a unique approach to estate agency which has come from years of obtaining the best practice and listening to the needs of clients and purchasers.

I was delighted to welcome Kirsty Cook in 2023 to create Millard Cook Estate Agent to carry on with a quality of service, confidential and professional manner for which I had created.

​ Since 2015, I have been a volunteer crew member for the Dart RNLI. The lifeboat is on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year so occasionally you might see me running through town when my pager goes off for a shout. I also train new volunteers, teaching them the skills to rescue those in need as well as assist in visitors to the station and fund raising committee. ​ I am also chairman for the Dartmouth Business Club, offering networking opportunities for local companies meeting once a month. https://www.dartbizclub.co.uk/

I had 9 years photographing The Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta and Dartmouth Music Festival. In 2018, I also took on the role of Deputy Chairman and Director of the Regatta for the year. ​ I live in Dartmouth with my partner Natasha who is an Outdoor Activity Instructor. We enjoy exploring the great outdoors by kayaking the River Dart and walking the South Devon Coast Path.
