We recently provided Interior design consultancy for a Property developer in Kent. We were also involved in the marketing material. This 3D walkthrough was produced for early marketing on a screen within the marketing suite, and on the website, whilst the Grade 2 listed building was being renovated into five prestigious individual properties.
It enabled the developer to stimulate interest and generate leads from interested potential purchasers in advance of completion of the conversion.
